We offer boxing and Kickboxing classes that are fun and instructional. The classes are technique oriented, to develop proper punching skills, while maintaining an upbeat pace to get a good workout. Since punching is part of our weekday circuits, you can learn to punch or sharpen your skills, with our striking classes. We take elements from Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai to make a fun workout. while properly learning to throw punches and kicks, you will also learn proper defense. This is great for anyone wanting to learn self defense. With over ten years of experience in MMA, coach Favian can help you develop the proper fundamentals to defend yourself.
